Designing · Website & Landing Page Design

Pages that explain the offer fast and make the next step obvious.

We design websites and landing pages around one question: what should a visitor understand and do within the first few seconds? Structure, hierarchy and calls to action are decided with your goals and your audience, then laid out for desktop and mobile.

Why pages underperform

Visitors decide quickly, and most pages make them work to understand

01

The offer is buried

Visitors scroll through brand statements before finding what is sold, who it is for or what to do next.

02

One layout for every audience

Campaign traffic lands on a generic homepage, so the message that earned the click is missing when the visitor arrives.

03

Mobile as an afterthought

Desktop layouts shrink onto phones, leaving small tap targets, long forms and calls to action far down the page.

Anatomy of the page

The decisions behind the layout

Every section has a job. We design each one for that job and then check the order against how a visitor reads.

  1. 1

Hero: the offer and one primary action

A headline that says what is offered and for whom, with a single action that matches the visitor intent.

  2. 2

Proof area: evidence you actually hold

Reserved for testimonials, certifications or results that you can verify and supply. We design the space, you provide the facts.

  3. 3

    Offer detail: scannable blocks

What is included, how it works and who it suits, ordered by what the visitor needs to decide.

  4. 4

Closing action: the same step, repeated

The call to action returns after the detail, with the form or contact route kept short.

What is included

Structure, layout and hand-off for the pages you need

01

Single-purpose pages for a campaign, offer or audience, with one primary action.

03

Desktop, tablet and phone layouts designed deliberately, with touch-friendly controls.

05

Deliverables

What you receive, and what stays separate

You receive

  • Page map or sitemap
  • Desktop and mobile layouts for each agreed page
  • Section-by-section content hierarchy
  • Form and call-to-action specifications
  • Reusable section components
  • Annotated hand-off for development

Boundaries

  • This is design. Building the pages is Web Engineering, and sending paid traffic to them is Performance Marketing.
  • Proof areas hold your own testimonials, results or credentials. We do not invent proof.
  • Copy is structured with you. Claims and statements need your confirmation before publishing.
  • We do not promise conversion rates from a design.

How it works

From brief to build-ready pages

The structure is agreed before visual design starts, so styling time is not spent on the wrong layout.

  1. Brief and goals

The audience, offer, primary action and existing material are reviewed.

  2. Structure and wireframes

The page map and section order are laid out in low-fidelity and agreed.

  3. Visual design

Typography, colour, imagery direction and components are applied to the agreed structure.

  4. Responsive layouts

Desktop, tablet and phone versions are designed and checked against each other.

  5. Review and hand-off

Feedback is incorporated and annotated designs are prepared for development.

Questions

Common questions

Do you write the copy?

We structure the page and draft headings and section copy with you. Claims, proof and any statements about results come from facts you confirm.

Can you design landing pages for ad campaigns?

Yes. One page per audience or offer, matching the message of the ad, with a single primary action.

Will it work well on mobile?

Every layout is designed for phone widths as a first-class version, not scaled down from desktop.

Do you build it as well?

Building is a separate scope. Web Engineering can build from the designs, or your own developers can use the hand-off.

Need a site or landing page designed?

Share the offer and the audience. We will reply with how we would structure it.
