Find what makes it slow, and fix that first.
We measure how your application behaves under real and simulated load, locate the actual bottlenecks across caching, database, code and infrastructure, and make targeted changes. No generic tuning checklist and no promised speed-ups before we measure.
Typical situations
Slow, and nobody knows why
Guessing instead of measuring
Servers are upgraded when the real problem is a single slow database query.
Failing under peaks
Campaigns or seasonal traffic cause timeouts that were never tested.
No visibility
Users report slowness before any alert fires.
What is included
Diagnosis, targeted fixes, and monitoring
Performance audit
Profiling of page speed, API response and database behaviour.
Load testing
Simulated traffic to see how the system degrades.
Optimisation
Caching, query and asset improvements aimed at measured bottlenecks.
Scalability design
Load balancing, scaling rules and architecture changes where justified.
Monitoring and alerts
Dashboards and thresholds agreed from the baseline.
Deliverables
What you receive, and the limits
You receive
- Baseline measurements
- Bottleneck report with priorities
- Implemented optimisations
- Load test results
- Monitoring and alert setup
- Recommendations for larger changes
Boundaries
- We do not promise specific speed gains or capacity before measuring.
- Some limits sit in third-party services outside our control.
- Major re-architecture is quoted separately.
- Cloud usage costs can rise with scaling and are yours.
How it works
Measure, fix, measure again
Every change is checked against the baseline.
Baseline
Current behaviour measured.
Locate bottlenecks
Largest constraints identified.
Fix
Targeted changes made.
Load test
Behaviour under traffic checked.
Monitor
Alerts and a review plan.
Questions
Common questions
How much faster will it get?
We cannot say before measuring. The audit tells us what is achievable.
Can you test with real traffic patterns?
We simulate load from your usage patterns. It is a model of real traffic, not a copy.
Do we need to move to the cloud?
Not always. Many gains come from caching and queries before infrastructure changes.
What about WordPress sites?
Yes: caching, images, database and hosting are typical areas.
