5. Project Cancellation

If work has already begun:
- Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
- Any pending work may be stopped after cancellation.
- Deliverables completed up to the cancellation date may be provided after settlement of any outstanding dues.
6. Marketing & Advertising Services
Performance Marketing involves external factors such as:

- Competition
- Audience behavior

- Market conditions
For this reason, Startups Journeys does not guarantee specific business outcomes, and refunds are not provided based on campaign performance, lead volume, sales or return on investment.
7. Website Development Services
Website development projects involve planning, design, coding and testing.
Once development work has started, refunds cannot be provided for work already completed.
If a project is paused due to delayed client communication or missing content, the project timeline may be extended.

Payments made toward third-party services are non-refundable, including:

These services are governed by their respective providers’ refund policies.

If a refund request is approved:
